Daily Sales/Stock trend & Dispatch Compliances Reports along with S&OP mapping.
Analysis of Industry market share including competitors share of business
Setting up targets for TSM to boost the sales and follow-up for accomplishment
Updating credit limits for dealers
Active participation in Budgeting activity for the financial year
Preparing Monthly Zonal executive report consists of :
1. Sales & Dispatch Compliances data.
2. Dealers & Stockiest Sales Productivity and their performance review
3. Dealer flash scheme calculations & goal setting
4. Bag/Bulk & OPC/PPC Sales trend.
5. NCR Realization.
6. TLC (Total Logistics Cost) Monitoring
7. Price Monitoring & system mapping for price revisions
8. Reports on Current outstanding, Direct dispatch NCR on weekly/monthly/Annual basis
9. UBS (UltraTech building solution) sales summary

Handling Insurance of the dealers and settling related issues with the concerned insurance company

Salary 2 Lac 50 Thousand To 5 Lac P.A.

Qualification Other Bachelor Degree
